J. TERRENCE MOYNIHAN

J. Terrence Moynihan is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law*, a principal of the firm and is a frequent speaker on estate planning and related topics.

* State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization

Terrence is a graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law, in Spokane, Washington. He also holds a bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Washington.

MAUREEN A. LYONS

Maureen Lyons is an associate of the firm and focuses on Life Care Planning, Elder Law, Medi-Cal & Veteran's Long Term Care Planning, Estate Planning and Special Needs Planning.

Maureen is a graduate of Southwestern University School of Law, Los Angeles. Maureen also holds an MS in Applied Biometry from University of Southern California; an MA in Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles; and a BA in English from University of California, Riverside.

Maureen is on the board for the 2009 Alzheimer’s Association Inland Empire Memory Walk. She is a legal consultant for the Inland Caregivers Resource Center. She is also an active member of Equality Inland Empire and a member of the Cooperating Attorney Network of Lambda Legal.

MARY LOU MARQUEZ

Mary Lou Marquez is the Geriatric Care Coordinator for the Moynihan Law Firm.

Mary Lou is a graduate of California State University at Los Angeles and holds a bachelor's degree in Social Work with a minor in Gerontology.

Mary Lou has extensive experience with the geriatric care community and case management. She coordinates services for our clients and promotes their emotional and physical health, well-being and safety. In addition Mary Lou performs community outreach for the firm with the goal of being strategic in educating and joining hands with our professional community and caregivers that deal with issues concerning the aging population on a daily basis. As a Case Manager, she's also worked with the developmentally disabled population and with individuals and couples who’ve had fertility challenges.

LAURA LONG

Laura Long is the Client Services Director for The Moynihan Law Firm. Laura assists clients with trust administration and asset transfers. Laura also contributes to the implementation of the firm's marketing program. Prior to joining The Moynihan Law Firm, Laura worked extensively in the financial industry in retirement plans and operations, including serving on industry-wide panels as an instructor and advisory committee member. Whether in the financial services industry or at The Moynihan Law Firm, Laura is known for providing outstanding customer service to all. Laura attended California State University Long Beach and enjoyed several years of active community involvement in the city of Corona.

Laura and her husband live in Corona, California, where they fill their time with local travel, gardening, cooking and visiting with their two sons and young grandson.

TANYA P. LOPEZ

Tanya P. Lopez is the Estate Administration Director and acting Notary Public of the firm. Tanya assists clients with the administration of conservatorship and probate estates, and is also involved in preparing and implementing estate plans. Tanya holds a B.A. in Psychology from California Baptist University, and is currently in the process of obtaining her Master's Degree in the same field. Tanya joined the firm as a recent graduate of California Baptist University, and has remained part of the team ever since. She is marked by her excellent customer service and her noteworthy contributions to the firm.

Tanya lives in Moreno Valley, California, where she fills her time by volunteering for neighboring animal shelters, hiking with her dog, Bailey, camping, gardening and local travel.
